The registration payment is processed by Paypal!
Note that it is not mandatory to have a Paypal account; Paypal also allows to pay directly by providing a valid credit card.
The conference organizers will never ask or get a copy of your credit card information from Paypal.
For those who are absolutely unable to pay through Paypal, please contact the Finance Chair of the conference so as to pay through wire transfer.
