Prospective participants have to submit their application including their name, affiliation, current position and short CV, here.
Applications are evaluated on a first come first serve basis and acceptance/rejection will be given soon to the applicant via email.
We will accommodate a maximum of 30 participants.
Registration fee is €100 and includes welcome kit, coffee breaks, launches, and dinners, for all days, and one social event (social dinner included).
In a few cases, according to the CV or to the participant’s provenience country, we could waive the registration fee.
