Submissions length:
Full papers must not exceed five pages. Workshops and Panels must not exceed three pages. Posters and Short Communication Papers must not exceed two pages.
Both paper (5 pages) and short paper/poster (2 pages) will be published in the proceedings and indexed (Scopus, PubMed).
Suggested Structure:
The Full paper structure should be: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements and References. The Abstract length must not exceed 300 words.
Workshop and Panel submissions should not exceed 3 pages. The structure of the proposals should be:
Title, Proposers, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Organization of the Panel/Workshop, Objectives, Program, Participants, Intended outcome.
Posters and Short Communication Papers proposals should not exceed 2 pages. Their structure should be the same as the one for full papers. The proposed sections could be merged. Abstract length must not exceed 120 words. References are required.
All submissions will be subject to a peer-review process by independent reviewers. The Scientific Programme Committee will reject submissions that do not follow the IOS Press templates or that exceed the specified page length.
Conference topic will include any methodology and technology to support 5P-Medicine solutions.
