Workshops at ICHI 2025 may be planned for a full or half day, and should address topics relevant to healthcare informatics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The ideal ICHI 2025 workshop proposal will focus on a timely and emerging topic, and be able to attract a number of interesting and high-quality contributions that spark discussions in an informal setting. The organizers can determine the format of the workshop that may include paper presentations, poster sessions, invited talks, panels, or any other type of activity that will foster interaction and discussion. The approved workshop organizers will be responsible to invite and review submissions, plan the workshop program, and organize the workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1574956191166 vc_row-has-fill\" data-vc-full-width=\"true\" data-vc-full-width-init=\"true\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"themeum-title \">\n<h3 class=\"style-title\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Submission<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Each workshop proposal should include the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Organizers: Names, affiliations, and email addresses; contact person; organizers\u2019 background, prior experience of organizing similar workshops.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Topic: Abstract, theme, rationale for the workshop, issues to be addressed, goals of the workshop, relevance to ICHI, previous workshops that this workshop is building on (if applicable).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Audience: Target audience, communities that the workshop addresses, anticipated number of attendees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Publicity: Measures foreseen to announce the workshop and attract a sufficient number of participants; envisaged follow-up activities after the workshop (if applicable).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Workshop Structure: Workshop length (half-day\/3 hours or one-day\/6 hours), tentative workshop program, activities foreseen to foster interaction and communication.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Reviewing: Planned reviewing process, program committee (if applicable).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Call for Papers: Tentative call for papers with workshop deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">If the workshop has been held before, please clearly describe any changes you propose, if any, and also include its history (i.e., the number of submissions, the number of accepted papers, and the number of attendees).
