However, it is not necessary to select a specific track for the submission.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Poster and demo submissions have 1-2 pages (excluding references) in the same format as full and short papers (see Call for Papers for detailed instructions). Demo submissions may append an additional page, describing \u2013 and possibly showing images of \u2013 the demo that is presented at ICHI. This additional page is for decisions about acceptance only; it need not fulfill any formatting requirements and must be removed for the camera-ready submission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Paper submissions must adhere to the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IEEE Proceedings Format<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The review process will be single-blinded. Submissions must contain the names and affiliations of authors listed on the paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Submissions should be submitted electronically through the ICHI EasyChair submission system:<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/events.dimes.unical.it\/ichi2025\/call-for-sponsors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyChair<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000\">, choosing the Poster and Demo track.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1574954000227 vc_row-has-fill\" data-vc-full-width=\"true\" data-vc-full-width-init=\"true\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">All the submissions will go through a double-blind reviewing process, and the manuscripts must be blinded appropriately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row-full-width vc_clearfix\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"themeum-title \">\n<h3 class=\"style-title\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Publication and Presentation<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Accepted poster and demo abstracts will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in other Abstracting and Indexing (A&amp;I) databases.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Posters and demos will be presented in a dedicated, exclusive session during the main conference.
