For example, a paper on information systems for healthcare delivery can be submitted to either the Systems track, or the Human Factors track, depending on the focus of the work. Journal of Healthcare Informatics Research highlights novel, cutting-edge contributions in computing for the healthcare informatics research community. It covers three major tracks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Analytics\u2014focuses on advancing AI\/ML-based decision support, generative AI, data analytics, knowledge discovery, and predictive modeling for healthcare research.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Systems\u2014focuses on building and deploying novel healthcare informatics systems (e.g., architecture, framework, design, engineering, and application).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Human factors (Human-centered Computing) \u2014focuses on intelligent communication with healthcare stakeholders (e.g., doctors, nurses, and patients), adaptive interface design for healthcare systems, user experiences of healthcare informatics applications, and understanding and
